For Taiga Burger, it was important to ensure that the look and feel of our proposition matched the quality of our food. Our unit is of a high build quality, and structurally is ready to meet all of the health and safety requirements of the industry we are a part of. Once on-site build is completed, we know that all we have left to focus on is producing delicious meals at a queue killing pace.

Taiga Burger Kitchen has a bespoke Event Health & Safety package – Including risk assessments and kitchen HACCP. All of our equipment is professionally maintained, all gas and electrical equipment are certified with registered engineers. We ensure that our fire blankets are checked regularly, and our fire extinguisher certificates are up to date.
